亟欲溝通的渴望，亟欲分享的迫切，才會讓每個人一直說個不停。因為一直說卻不被理解，於是人們也忘了要聆聽，大家只好焦慮地繼續說。但大家不斷地說，說出的話卻不被傾聽。失效的溝通，明知徒勞無功卻仍重蹈覆轍，大家都像是在水裡拚命吐著泡泡的金魚。
The desperate desires for communicate, the urgent need for sharing. Therefore people, by and large, would rather be talking than listening.
Social media websites are no longer performing an envisaged function of creating a positive communication link among people. The more social media we have, the more we think we’re connecting, yet we are really disconnecting from each other.

創作動機
快速而進步的社群媒體，仍無法照顧到我們內心裡的孤獨感。那是一種長期被忽略、潛藏在心靈深處的孤獨。我們不是在聆聽他人的心事，只是習慣不斷地發言。每個人都急著講話，每個人都沒把話講完。我想表達的就是這樣的孤獨感。因為人們已經沒有機會面對自己，只是一再地被刺激要把心裡的話丟出，卻無法和自己對談。
Social media is changing the way we communicate and the way we are perceived. Yet, the loneliness deep inside our soul still remains.
Everything we do is for the purpose of altering consciousness. Living our lives through this virtual filter isn’t really living at all. It only fuels an anxious mindset that we must be missing out. We fail to communicate the importance of our connection to the living world. And most of all, the ability to get along with ourselves.
